Holding Warrior II for five breaths—that’s Tapas. Staying present with the shake, the fatigue, and the challenge. This is how strength is forged: through consistent, mindful effort, not by rushing or forcing beyond your limits.
Tapas asks you to remain fully present with what is happening now, to honor your body and mind while pushing just enough to grow. Each breath, each intentional hold, is sacred effort. It is the devotion of showing up, of embracing the discomfort, and of cultivating resilience and inner power.
